Australian Ultimate Championships

Registration

The tournament fees are:

$350 per team ($300 early bird)
approx $135 per player ($125 early bird) - this will be confirmed on 20th March, once we know exactly how many teams.

For your money you get:

- Lunches each day (Sat, Sun, Mon)
- Dinner at the AFDA AGM
- Dinner on Sunday night
- BBQ/dinner during finals on Tuesday
- Fruit
- Field hire
- Sunscreen
- Player pack with a disc and other goodies
- AFDA event fee (including insurance, newsletter)

Process

1. Register your team at:

You must also register for the relevant Regional Championships.

2. Pay the team fee:

  • $300 on or before 13th March 2005 (early bird)
  • $350 on or before 7th April 2005
  • Team registrations will not be accepted after the 7th April

Note: The team fee is fully (100%) refundable if you do not get offered a spot at nationals.

Please note that the early bird fee is to encourage teams to decide prior to regionals whether they wish to attend Nationals, so that straight after Regionals we can offer spots to waitlisted teams as quickly as possible and interstate teams can book airfares as quickly as possible. Please discuss as a team at the end of regionals, collect money and pay your deposit on the Monday - this is not too much to ask in order to take advantage of the early bird offer.

3. Once your team has been offered a spot, you must accept that spot by paying the team fee (if not already paid) and confirming your acceptance via within 5 working days, or it will be offered to another team.

4. Once the player fee is confirmed, pay the player fee ($125 before 3rd April, $135 after). Account details as above.
